A little clarity
goes a long way.
What the tools do, where your work lives and how to take it with you.
Do I need an account?
No. The free tools run in your browser. There are no cloud accounts, paid plans or active checkout on this website.
Where do my files go?
Files selected for Zip & Go are processed on your device. The other tools use what you type. Tool content is not sent to the enquiry service.
How do local saves work?
Choose “Save in this browser” inside a tool. This writes a local copy for that tool on this device. “Load saved” restores it. A new save replaces that tool’s earlier save. Browser cleanup, private mode or changing devices can remove or hide it. Keep an exported copy of important work.
Can I use it offline?
The website needs a connection to load. A downloaded Zone Guide or Zero Grid HTML file has its own content and needs no external assets. Download the file and open it directly before relying on it. Links to external websites still need a connection.
How do I share a guide?
Download the HTML guide and send the file, or print it to PDF using your browser. There is no automatic public publishing in the free builder. A hosted guide can be discussed as a custom pilot.
Can Zero Guesswork transfer my data?
No. It produces a preparation and verification plan with official support links. Your device’s supported migration tool performs any actual transfer.
Will Zero Gaps send reminders?
No. It shows the due dates you entered and exports a calendar file. Import that file into your own calendar and configure reminders there.
What is included in the ZIP?
Copies of your selected files with safe filenames, an HTML index, a JSON manifest and a plain-text handover note. The ZIP uses storage without compression. File size and file-count limits are checked before export.
How do I delete my local work?
Open My workspace and choose Delete all ZGMob local saves. Downloaded copies remain wherever you saved them. To delete an enquiry, send a new contact message identifying the earlier reference or email address.
Is a pilot already available to buy?
No. A pilot is a request for a conversation about a defined job. Scope, price, delivery and support must be agreed before any paid work begins.
